How to take it
Grind the seed in a coffee grinder or spice grinder. For an infusion, pour one cup of boiling water over one teaspoon of ground seed and steep for 15 minutes. Whole seeds can also be roasted and stirred into salads, breads and cereals, or used to make a tincture.
