VitaBright pairs chelated zinc bisglycinate with chelated copper citrate in one small tablet. Zinc taken on its own over a long stretch can pull copper out of balance, so both go in together. It is part of the daily basics for a lot of people, and a gentle alternative to zinc citrate, zinc oxide, zinc carnosine and zinc picolinate.
What's in it
- 25 mg zinc as zinc bisglycinate and 0.25 mg copper as copper citrate per tablet

How to take it
