Venatura Kids B12 is a strawberry-flavoured oral spray carrying vitamin B12 as methylcobalamin, made in Turkey. A spray is what parents tend to pick when a tablet is a fight, and B12 is a common addition for children eating little meat or fish.
What's in it
- 300 mcg methylcobalamin per spray
- Purified water, glycerine as a humectant, sodium citrate and citric acid as acidity regulators, natural strawberry flavour, potassium sorbate as a preservative
How to take it
Spray into the mouth: either 2 sprays (600 mcg) or 5 sprays (1500 mcg) daily. Suitable for children aged 4 to 10.
