How to take it
Add the solution to a glass of water, preferably in the morning on an empty stomach. Build up gradually: start with a single drop on the first day and add one drop per day, holding at the level stated on the label and going no higher. Do not use continuously for more than three months; rest for two weeks before starting again. Increasing gradually rather than jumping to a full dose is what keeps side effects away.
