Rainbow Light Complete Iron Mini-Tablets+ pairs 30 mg of chelated iron with vitamin C, lemon bioflavonoids, ginger and nettle. The iron here is the Ferrobliss chelated form rather than the ferrous sulfate used in many iron supplements, and vitamin C is included because it plays a part in iron absorption. The tablet is small and comes with an organic coating, which is the sort of detail that matters when it is a daily habit.
