Prowise Healthcare Premium Odourless Garlic Oil concentrates garlic into a small softgel with no strong smell or aftertaste. It is a long-standing staple for people who want garlic in the daily routine without what usually comes with it.
What's in it
- 30 mg of 500:1 odourless garlic oil extract from Allium sativum per softgel, equivalent to 15,000 mg of garlic bulb
- Taken three at a time, that comes to 90 mg of extract, equivalent to 45,000 mg of garlic
- Allicin, the active compound in deodourised garlic, makes up 12-18% of each softgel, which works out to 10,800-16,200 mcg per three-softgel serving
How to take it
One to three softgels daily with a meal and water. Do not exceed the stated dose.
