Raw organic maca powder from Peak Supps, milled from Peruvian maca root grown above 3,500 metres in the Andes. Maca has been harvested in Peru for more than 3,000 years and is often described as the superfood of the Andes.
What's in it

How to take it
As a food, 5 g daily, which can be split across more than one serving. Stir it into smoothies, juices, salads, desserts, baking or raw recipes. A simple use: blend two tablespoons of maca powder into hummus made from two cups of chickpeas, a chopped garlic clove, two tablespoons of lemon juice, two tablespoons of olive oil, three tablespoons of tahini and a quarter cup of water.
