Magnesium chloride flakes for the bath rather than the mouth. NOW draw theirs from the ancient Zechstein seabed in the Netherlands, one of the least disturbed underground mineral sources still in use anywhere, and the flakes go into bath water and foot soaks the way people have used them for a long time — soft water, soft skin.
What's in it
- 100% pure magnesium chloride flakes, highly concentrated
- One cup of flakes carries roughly 19 g of elemental magnesium
How to use it
Foot bath: dissolve about one cup in a gallon of warm water and soak for 20 to 30 minutes. Full bath: dissolve four cups in a tub of warm water, soak for 20 to 30 minutes, then rinse and pat dry.
