NOW Foods Magnesium Glycinate binds magnesium to the amino acid glycine, a form that is taken up more readily in the gut, and adds BioPerine black pepper extract alongside it. Magnesium is a cofactor for an estimated 300 enzymes and has a hand in energy production and metabolism, muscle contraction, nerve impulse transmission and bone mineralisation.
