How to take it
For adults, mix about one scoop (5 grams) into water, juice or your drink of choice. For general nutrition, 2 grams once or twice a day. Around weight training, 2 to 5 grams before the session and another 2 to 5 grams afterwards. For endurance athletes, 5 grams straight after a hard session.
