Fitness Labs L-Glutamine Powder, 250 g of loose powder that mixes into water, juice or whatever you usually drink. Glutamine is the amino acid most often kept on hand around training, and a powder lets you set the amount to the session rather than the capsule.
How to take it
Adults: mix about one scoop (5 g) with water, juice or your drink of choice.
- General nutrition: 2 g once or twice daily
- Weight training: 2 to 5 g before the session and another 2 to 5 g after
- Endurance athletes: 5 g straight after a hard session
