Egmont's hives sit at the foot of Mount Taranaki, the volcano that defines that part of New Zealand. Manuka honey comes from bees working the nectar of the manuka plant, which grows in abundance there. This one is raw and unpasteurised, multifloral, and nothing has been done to it beyond taking it out of the hive.

How to use it
