Pau d'Arco (Tabebuia impetiginosa) is a traditional herb of the Central and South American rainforests. The part people use is the inner bark of the evergreen tree, long brewed as a herbal tea and just as often taken now as oil, tincture, powder or capsule. PipingRock put 500 mg of the bark into each rapid-release capsule.
