Argivit Focus is a Turkish-made daily tablet combining L-arginine and phosphatidylserine with a broad vitamin and mineral base. It is intended for school-age children from 11 years and for adults, and is the sort of thing families pick up on a doctor's recommendation rather than off the shelf.
What's in it
- L-arginine and phosphatidylserine
- L-ascorbic acid (vitamin C), nicotinamide (B3), calcium D-pantothenate (B5), thiamine hydrochloride (B1), pyridoxine hydrochloride (B6), riboflavin (B2), methylcobalamin (B12), folic acid and D-biotin
- Retinyl palmitate (vitamin A), cholecalciferol (vitamin D3) and DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate (vitamin E)
- Ferric saccharate, zinc sulfate, manganese sulfate, chromium picolinate, sodium selenite, sodium molybdate and potassium iodide
- Cellulose as bulking agent, polyvinylpolypyrrolidone, magnesium salts of fatty acids and silicon dioxide as anti-caking agents
- 30 tablets per box
How to take it
One tablet daily for ages 11 and over.
