Argivit Classic is a Turkish-made daily tablet that combines L-arginine with a broad vitamin and mineral base and a short list of botanical extracts. It is put together for the 11 to 22 age range, and is commonly chosen as one tablet in place of several separate bottles.

- Phosphatidylserine 25 mg, green tea extract (Camellia sinensis) 25 mg, St John's wort (Hypericum perforatum) 25 mg, resveratrol 10 mg
- B vitamins: B3 8.05 mg NE, B5 3.0 mg, B6 2.5 mg, B2 2.0 mg, B1 1.75 mg, folic acid 100 mcg, biotin 50 mcg, B12 as methylcobalamin 1.5 mcg

How to take it
One tablet daily after dinner, alongside regular water through the day and a long night's sleep.
