ALPHA01 draws theirs from Sophora japonica, the Japanese pagoda tree, where it sits naturally in the flowers, and pairs it with bromelain from pineapple — a combination people commonly put together themselves and are usually glad to find in one capsule.

- Bromelain from organic pineapple stem, fruit and juice, at 396 GDU (gelatin digesting units) per serving. Bromelain is a protease, a digestive enzyme that breaks down protein.
- BioPerine black pepper extract, included to help bioavailability and absorption
