ALPHA01 Cinnamon Extract is a Ceylon cinnamon extract standardised to 15% polyphenols, in a 180-tablet tub. Ceylon cinnamon comes only from Sri Lanka and is the one usually called true cinnamon, which sets it apart from the cassia that fills most spice jars.
