Lugol's Solution of Iodine 5% in a 100 ml bottle - the classic aqueous iodine formulation, taken by the drop in water. Iodine is a trace mineral that people who live far from the coast, and who rarely eat sea vegetables or fish, often think about adding to a routine.

How to take it
Build the amount up gradually. Start with one drop added to a glass of water on the first day, then increase by one drop a day. Once you reach ten drops daily, hold at that amount and do not go beyond it. Add the solution to water and take it in the morning on an empty stomach. Do not use continuously for longer than three months; after three months, pause for two weeks before starting the same pattern again. Following the gradual build-up matters.
